Bob grew up in a small town located in the Texas hill country and attended The University of Texas at Austin. After college, Bob entered the department store retailing profession, where learned the true meaning and value of service. Bob retired as a full vice-president of Robinson-May, the west coast operating division of May Department Stores, headquarted in Los Angeles, California, which generated over 1.8 billion dollars in sales volume. After retiring in 2001, Bob recieved his California real estate license and began his real estate career in the highly competitive, upscale southern California housing market, in which Bob was a multi-million dollar producer each year. Bob and his family moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the fall of 2006 to be close to his wife's family, and received his Indiana real estate license in the spring of 2007. Later that fall, Bob earned his Indiana real estate broker license.
