Full time Realtor since 1987. Broker since 1989. Corporate license since 1991. Owned and was a broker for Classic City Reality in Auburn; 1991 – 1995. Have sold all types of Real Estate, including commercial. My main area of expertise is in residential single family used and new.

Born in 1934 on Swartz Road in Allen County, Indiana on a farm. Lived on the farm until 1957. Graduated from Leo High School in 1953, then worked for Magnavox in government division until 1965. Moved to MO. for college. I married Garnett in 1957 and have a daughter Stephanie and a son Dwight. I now have five granddaughters and two grandsons in-laws. I have been self employed since 1979 and operated Savage Builders Inc. every since. I have a lot of experience in building and remolding, which helps me evaluate and see potential in properties. I have lived in Auburn are since 1972 and know the area and market very well.
