I became involved in real estate because I wanted to do a job that was rewarding in ways other than merely financial. I heard too many nightmares about service in the real estate industry that I wanted to make the selling or buying process more enjoyable and caring. I also decided on real estate because I like learning about houses, I like doing the research needed to find the best price for the market on the house and I like that I will have a friend when the process is over. I was most influenced by my realtor and what she did for me and thought I would like to do the same for others. What I will be doing for you… My life is devoted to selling your house and/or finding you a new home. I won’t tell you what you want to hear, I will tell you what you need to hear about the process. If I don’t think something will help you in the sale of your house or the purchase of your next house, I will point it out. I won’t over inflate the price to get the listing, only to turn around and force you to drop the price. Many times selling or buying a personal property is very emotional. The fact is you will need to think from a business mind set and not an emotional mindset. I will help you with that. Please be assured that I do want to respect your property or future property and will always have that in mind as I help you through the process.
