Hello There! My name is Devin Geegh (Gee). I live in New Haven with my wife and 2 boys. As a 12 year combat veteran, I has traveled the world time and time again. Experiencing the different cultures and customs this world has to offer. I have served 6 years Active Duty Army as an Apache Attack Helicopter Repairman (Crew Chief) and 6 years at the 122nd Fighter Wing, Air National Guard as a full-time Aeronautical Weapons Platform Specialist on the A-10 Thunderbolt (Warthog). During my stay with the 122nd Fighter Wing I started to invest and I still continue to invest in Real Estate (Flips and Rentals). Having found my new love for houses and tired of traveling (without my family) I switched careers to become a Realtor. It has been the most rewarding career move I could have done. Yes, I get paid on commission, but the true reward for me is being able to put a smile on someones face when all the stars align at the closing table. As a Real Estate Investor i can be a tough negotiator, but not always is that necessary, sometimes finesse is required. My approach to a deal really depends on what my client wants and needs are. I have extensive knowledge of a home's structure, as I have remodeled many in the past. I have worked with investors, companies, home owners and first-time buyers.
