Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University. Upon graduation Josh relocated to Charleston, SC for eleven years working in advertising, sales, management and marketing. His education coupled with his experience, provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers, sellers, and investors.
