Rachel began her journey with Mike Thomas Associates in 2016 at just 17 years old, working as a part-time front desk receptionist at the Southwest office. Following the merger of the Southwest and North offices in June 2017, she transitioned to the new Coldwater Road location in the same role. In October 2018, Rachel joined The Raptis Team as a full-time team administrator, managing transaction coordination, marketing, and more.
